Criteria for fulfilling the Two Hour Volunteer Requirement
for End of Year Awards

• Apple Knoll needs fence judges. Contact Larry Courtney (508) 321 1086 or email at timbrilleap@attbi.com. Feel free to ask if there are any other ways you can volunteer.
• Shows – you can volunteer in variety of ways. Helping in the show office, traffic control, ring steward, runner, scribe, and lots more. Contact the Show Manager to see how you can help.
• Clinics – Contact Clinic Coordinator to see how you can help.
• Newsletter – help with getting the newsletter out. Folding, stapling, labeling and stamping. Taking it to the printer. Contact Kelli Mason.
• Mailings – there are various opportunities to help in the getting a mailing formatted and sent out. Contact Pam Murray.
• Professional services – legal, web, etc. – You will need to check with the Board for approval before doing anything.
• Soliciting donations or sponsorships – You have an idea about approaching someone, or some place? Great! You will need to get Board approval before you actually go out to solicit.
• Banquet – setting up, silent auction, mailing. Contact Pam Murrary.

If none of these work for you, come up with something that does and present it to the Board at one of the monthly meetings. First Wednesday of the month at 7:30 PM.
